Five goals in as many games for his new club has seen them remain unbeaten in their first six games, and the man who scored 81 goals in a season for Royston Town two years ago, was complementary of both his team mates and the club as a whole,
"The season has started fantastically for us; we've got a small and a tight budget, and to start off with a six match unbeaten run has been great for morale. The lads are great and we all stick together through the good and bad times which makes us a tough side to beat. We're not getting carried away though and we all appreciate it's going to take a lot of hard work if we want to achieve our goals this year. As for myself I would like to get at least 15 goals in my first season at this level."
Cambridge will be hoping to make it seven unbeaten as they take on Stourbridge at home this coming Saturday.
