Mark Blundell
Chief Executive Officer
For more than three decades Mark Blundell has honed his expertise in the upper echelons of elite global sport, firstly as an athlete, then TV pundit and in more recent years, a successful talent manager. Mark started his sporting career at just 14, and for nearly twenty years he competed at the very top of world motorsport, including Formula One, IndyCar and World Rally. His wins even include the prestigious Le Mans 24-hour Endurance Race. From 2001 through to 2008, Mark was integral to ITV as part of the 3-time BAFTA award-winning team, providing F1 analysis alongside Jim Rosenthal and Steve Rider. In 2005, he and his close friend, Martin Brundle, founded 2mb Sports Management. A boutique talent management company, 2mb is committed to identifying and developing young sports talent and to helping established sports stars define and manage their brands. In January 2009, Mark took sole ownership of 2mb Sports Management and is now committed full-time to using his experience, knowledge and connections to provide personalised commercial services and management support. The addition of a football division is the realisation of a dream for Mark, whose other main passion in life is the beautiful game.
Jimmy Carter
Chief Operating Officer
A former professional football player, Player Manager and now FA Licensed Agent, Jimmy Carter is a safe pair of hands. Jimmy's cheerful and warm exterior complements a sharp intellect and superior business acumen. Like Mark, Jimmy started his career at just 14, signing for Fulham Football Club. He went on to represent their Youth Reserves and First Team, before joining Wimbledon F.C in 1979. After spells playing for Farnborough Town and Maidstone United, Jimmy moved on to be Player Manager at Carshalton Athletic. During these years, Jimmy was also nurturing his marketing career. He joined the Sales Team at Nestle in 1979 and obtained his Marketing Diploma in Vevey, Switzerland. By 1996, he was Business Unit Director. He left Nestle after 22 years to join Brands Direct in 2001 as Sales and Technical Director, where he increased sales from £4.5 million at commencement to £35 million. Jimmy's unique combination of football and business connections, knowledge and experience makes him the ideal candidate to lead 2mb International Soccer Management. His passion for the game is legendary and his business expertise means he thoroughly understands the value of trust, transparency and personal relationships in delivering results. He knows that the right support allows clients to be 100% performance focussed.
Josh Aspess
Football Development Director
Josh has spent the last two years working at No5 Cavendish Square Private Members Club in London after being headhunted to launch its re-opening in September 2008. Under Josh's reign, the Club was awarded London's Best Boutique Club 2009. Prior to this, Josh headed up his own party and event hosting company operating throughout London's West End, in the most exclusive clubs, and provided Josh with a wealth of contacts in all areas of business and industry. Since a child, Josh has always followed football with a passion and it is this personal interest, along with his PR skills and extensive contacts, that will make him a huge asset to 2mb International Soccer Management as in-house Football Development Director.
